Privacy · Personal Data Protection Act 2010
What this page knows about you, which is very little.
This notice is written for a reader in Malaysia and follows the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010) and the guidance of the Personal Data Protection Department. It describes what is processed, why, and what you can ask for.
What is processed when you open a page
The web server that serves maksfs records the ordinary data any web server records: the address a request came from, the browser's user-agent string, the page asked for and the time of the request. Those records keep the site served, secure and debuggable. Nothing in them is assembled into a profile, and nothing is tied to a name.
The list in your browser
The case-and-kit list is written to a local storage key in your own browser. It is not transmitted to maksfs, not copied to a server and not visible to anyone else using this site. You can empty it with the button on the list page, or clear site data in your browser settings.
The third parties a page touches
Two kinds of third-party request happen on an ordinary visit. Web fonts are loaded from Google's font service, which receives the address your device connects from as part of serving the files. When you follow an outbound product link, Amazon receives the request and may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy; that happens after you leave this page.
maksfs sets no advertising cookies, runs no analytics package and embeds no social widgets.
Why any of it is processed
Server logs are kept for the legitimate purpose of operating and securing the site. Anything you send by email or telephone — a correction, a question, a complaint — is processed so that it can be answered. Where the Act requires consent for a purpose beyond those, that consent is asked for at the point the information is collected, not assumed afterwards.
How long a record lives
Server logs rotate on a short cycle and are not archived. Correspondence is kept only as long as the matter it concerns is open, plus whatever period Malaysian law requires for business records. The browser list stays until you clear it; maksfs has no way to read it in the meantime.
Your rights under the Act
You may ask for access to personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask to limit how it is processed, or withdraw a consent you previously gave. Write to the address below and describe what you want; a response follows within the period the Act allows.
If a request is refused, the refusal will say why and name the provision relied on. Complaints may also be taken to the Personal Data Protection Department, which supervises the Act.
No sale, no trade
Personal data is not sold, rented or traded. It is not transferred outside Malaysia except where a third-party service named above operates infrastructure elsewhere, and then only as an unavoidable part of serving the page or the font file.
Children
The site is a shopping page for adults arranging their own travel. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen, and there is no account system in which a child could register.

When this notice is revised
If the way this page processes data changes — a new measurement tool, a different font host, a comment system — this notice is amended before the change goes live and the date below moves with it.
